How do we balance?
so balancing helps you get better. at balancing everyday to help us and everyone to. are arms help us to balance. because if they have the same weight it's better and simple to do with same weight.
so are arms and legs are the main thing to balance because they nearly have the same weight. to inprove your skills.
and focusing at a spot is very good because it is also helpful because if you lose focus. you will fall and mess up your inproving.
always make your arms and legs the same weight for better balancing and better skills for your gymnastics.
also your brain is the most helpful thing because it controlls your body. example-when i first tryed it was hard but after i inproved my skills and i could i cant find my photo
